Allison Ikeler is a Realtor and First-Time Home Buying and Selling Specialist. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Hawaii - Shidler College of Business, and spending a few years working in corporate marketing, Allison decided to make the move into real estate sales, offering marketing and business knowledge to all of her clients. She combines her rich Digital Marketing and Sales background with proven negotiation and communication strategies that get offers noticed and contracts closed. She also has experience working with clients on 1031 Exchanges, helping investors acquire income-producing properties, working with contractors to get homes market-ready for sellers, and helping buyers achieve their remodeling plans with contractors after the purchase of their homes. 

Allison was inspired to help others achieve their goals of homeownership after she purchased her first home. Her approach is to walk buyers and sellers through every step of the process and to be prepared for the competitiveness of the local Phoenix & Scottsdale markets.
