About Joseph Pierce

Mr. Pierce began his career at a large Phoenix based law firm specializing in complex business litigation, including securities litigation and accounting malpractice. He subsequently joined a private equity firm as Managing Director and General Counsel. In 2009, Mr. Pierce began investing and managing in real estate in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the East Valley markets.

His experience as a real estate owner, investor, property manager, and legal background brings a wealth of expertise to our company. He received his degree from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Arizona State University. He is also fluent in Spanish.
