About Melinda Samuel

Melinda's professionalism is rooted in her deep knowledge of real estate and her commitment to her clients. Whether working with a first-time buyer or seller, or securing the perfect investment property, Melinda helps make the real estate transaction process as seamless and efficient as possible, quickly assessing a client’s specific needs and presenting them with the full range of options available to suit both lifestyle and budget.

Prior to real estate, Melinda spent over a decade in real estate development of both new construction and renovation projects. Melinda was involved from the beginning stages to the very end, with everything from sketches, design, project management, and décor.

Melinda’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Oakland University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in just two years; and then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School, where her favorite class was Negotiations, to no surprise. Melinda holds an active license to practice law in both Michigan and Arizona after passing both bar exams.

While Melinda is originally from Michigan, she considers Arizona to be her home and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Melinda is driven to provide clients with the highest degree of service, discretion and loyalty.
